Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$40-45/hr depending on experience

What's a typical day as Sr. HR Representative? You'll be:
• Supporting the HR team in implementing functional HR plans and programs, including salary step progressions and data analytics.
• Proactively communicating with employees and managers regarding HR policies, practices, and key HR programs as needed.
• Resolving straightforward employee relations issues independently and assisting with moderately complex issues.
• Managing data responsibilities, including processing workflow changes in Workday, conducting audits, and executing data uploads and corrections.
• Maintaining measurement systems and analyzing data to assess the impact of HR programs, making recommendations to management based on your findings.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree and have 3-5 years of professional human resource experience.
• Possess strong data analytics skills and experience with Workday is a plus.
• Demonstrate disciplined action, effective communication, and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Are committed to driving operational excellence and promoting teamwork.
