Job Title: Stamping Press Service Specialist Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay: $80,000 - $100,000/yr

Position Summary:Kelly is seeking a skilled and experienced Stamping Press Service Specialist to join our team based in Auburn Hills, MI. This position will play a key role in supporting the service, installation, and maintenance of stamping press equipment across North America. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in stamping press systems and be capable of troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems while also supporting customers and coordinating with internal and external service teams.
Key Responsibilities:-
Perform all aspects of product service including repair, installation, and commissioning of stamping press equipment.

Serve as a liaison between customers during installation, maintenance, and repair operations, providing on-site guidance and support.

Lead and coordinate activities with local rigging and service companies during rigging and installation phases.

Support field service operations in collaboration with the Customer Service Division at HQ.

Inspect and document equipment according to manuals and specifications.

Provide emergency technical support and communication to customers when necessary.

Assist customers in understanding proper maintenance procedures, and instruct on usage of manuals and best practices.

Work alongside engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving PLCs, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Provide detailed feedback and reports to the Managing Director, President, and HQ departments.

Conduct basic repairs on-site as needed.

Minimum 5 years' experience in stamping press maintenance.

Hands-on experience with rigging, installation, and commissioning of stamping presses.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed.

Must be physically capable of performing service-related tasks.

Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Valid work visa required).

Korean language skills (fluent or conversational) a plus.

Engineering degree or technical education preferred.
