As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator on our night shift, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing and assembly operations. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility. This position is ideal for someone reliable with a positive attitude who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Schedule:
- Monday – Wednesday (MTW)
- 12-hour shifts, 5:30pm–5:30am
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Operate stand-up forklifts to move materials, parts, and products within the warehouse and production areas
- Load and unload trucks, and stage products as required for assembly operations
- Support assembly teams by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movement
- Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Assist with basic assembly, packing, or general warehouse duties as needed
- Collaborate with Quality Control and Team Leaders to ensure high standards of productivity and accuracy
- Experience operating stand-up forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Commitment to reliability, safety, and a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to conduct repeated physical movements, including lifting up to 10 lbs/part
- Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production settings is preferred
