Kelly®  is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/ Recruiter to work in N. Charleston SC 

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $22-$25/hr- Based on experience
Monday - Friday 8:30a -4:30p

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent work experience.
• Have 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or life sciences environment.
• Are experienced in utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Are familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searches.

What's a typical day as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist? You'll be:
• Partnering with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to understand talent needs and role requirements.
• Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract top candidates across a variety of roles, including technical, engineering, operations, and administrative functions.
• Utilizing diverse sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and networking events.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Tracking sourcing metrics and delivering regular reports on pipeline activity and progress.
• Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives by implementing inclusive sourcing practices.
• Contributing to employer branding efforts and candidate experience enhancements.
