Join Our Team as a Transcription Analyst! Are you an energetic and detail-oriented professional? We're seeking a Transcription Analyst to manage and deliver high-quality transcription assignments. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, this may be the perfect role for you!
Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Location: In-office
Pay Rate: Starting at $22/hr and up, depending on experience Key Responsibilities

  • Assign transcription tasks and oversee submissions to ensure timeliness and top-notch quality.
  • Facilitate transfer of client audio files, troubleshoot uploads, and manage documentation with platforms like Box.
  • Process paperwork from digital reporters, maintaining strict quality control.
  • Prioritize and manage a queue of time-sensitive assignments to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Perform repetitive tasks efficiently, without compromising accuracy.
  • Collaborate and communicate using Microsoft Teams, Adobe, and other proprietary software.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and clients alike.
  • Technical expertise with audio/video equipment.
  • Strong time management skills and reliability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with keen error-spotting abilities.
