Warehouse Distribution Associate

Pay: $18.50 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM until work is completed

Kelly is hiring Warehouse Distribution Associates for a fast-paced distribution center environment. This is a great opportunity to grow in warehouse operations. No equipment experience required — training provided for motivated candidates.

What You'll Do

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders
• Use RF/Voice Pick technology to complete tasks
• Unload and process inbound shipments
• Replenish inventory in designated pick locations
• Build and wrap pallets for shipping
• Support sortation and loading functions
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Dependable with reliable attendance
• Willingness to learn equipment operation for future growth opportunities

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must pass background check and drug screen
