Warehouse Outbound Associate
Location: Flower Mound, TX
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Schedule: 10:00am until work is complete (10–12 hour shifts)
Work Days: Monday - Friday Minimal to no weekends
Kelly Services is hiring an Outbound Warehouse Associate to support daily distribution operations. This role involves physical, repetitive motion work, including moving and handling totes and boxes of medical supplies such as gauze and catheters. If you enjoy fast-paced work, consistent hours, and being part of a team that keeps essential products moving, this is a great opportunity.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities-
Perform outbound picking, packing, and staging of medical supply orders.

Lift, move, and handle totes and boxes weighing up to 50 lbs (majority around 20 lbs).

Complete repetitive physical tasks and maintain productivity standards.

Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse best practices.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with quality requirements.

Assist with related warehouse duties as needed.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle repetitive physical tasks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Reliable attendance and willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts.

Team-oriented attitude with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
