Position: Warehouse 
Location: Carnegie PA 60439
Employment Terms: Temporary  
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour 

Record Center Specialist: The Record Center Specialist (RCS) serves customers by maintaining and processing physical assets stored in our Records Center. RCS handles internal moves, permanent withdrawals, and special projects.

Primary Functions:

  • Process daily incoming work orders and rush orders from Client Services
  • Scan carton barcodes and locations
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies
  • Manifest orders, bundle, and prepare for shipment
  • Scan incoming containers, files, and tapes each morning
  • Process client onsite record reviews
  • Retrieve files, containers, and tapes daily
  • Put up files, containers, and tapes within specified timeframes
  • Assist in loading and unloading company trucks and vans
  • Ensure regular scanner communication and process steps are completed daily
  • Maintain assigned racking and row upkeep
  • Accurately prepare necessary paperwork
  • Communicate difficult order issues to the manager
  • Inspect and maintain all equipment, including scanners and record center vehicles
Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6 month in a warehouse or service industry required.
  • Physical Requirements: Lift 20-50 lbs, frequent bending/reaching, pushing/pulling, and operating warehouse equipment.
Transportation: There is no bus that goes directly past this facility. The bus leaves you off at the top of Mansfield Ave, and you would have to walk down the hill to the facility.
