Location: Windsor, CT
Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift
Pay: $20/hour
Opportunity for raise and permanent hire after 90 days

About the Opportunity

Join a growing manufacturing team that plays a critical role in supporting the aviation and aerospace industries. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of parts and materials throughout our facility. If you're organized, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this is the role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks

  • Pull and stage parts for production and outbound orders

  • Return unused materials to inventory

  • Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

  • Support production teams with timely material delivery

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience with forklifts (sit-down or stand-up), pallet jacks, and similar equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team

  • Basic computer/data entry skills

  • OSHA certification for powered industrial trucks is a plus

  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
