Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster

Kelly Services is partnering with a local insurance agency to join their dynamic and supportive team as a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster! This remote, full-time role offers the flexibility to choose your own hours while earning from $60,000 a year. Travel is required up to 25%.

Location: Training in Albany, then remote

Pay Rate: From $60,000 a year

Available work hours: 7:00am-6:00pm (8-hour shift)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and settle workers' compensation claims
  • Set and maintain proper reserves
  • Communicate effectively with involved parties
  • Create and implement action plans
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and ethical standards

Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of claims experience
  • NYS adjuster license
  • Proficiency in claims software
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
