The Customer Service Representative/Customer Fulfillment Representative coordinates customer request and is primary contact for the placement and fulfillment of sales orders. First point of contact for customers in the OTC process. Assist with distribution of daily and month end reports.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Skills:
- Awareness of basic regulations, requirements and customer desires.
- Seeks support from colleagues to improve knowledge.
- Seeks information related to customer in order to provide excellent service.
Supply Chain Skills / Business Acumen:
- Understands constraints and works within those.
- Identifies areas for improvement and make suggestions colleagues that are more senior or team lead.
- Familiar with key product flows and challenges for assigned responsibility
- Works against set KPIs.
Japan Regional Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Ordere Arrangement
Receive customer PO, data input, forecast/inventory check, provide delivery instructions to warehouse, schedule adjustment, billing and invoicing to customers. Export/Import related documentation arrangement. - Inquries and Claim Handling
Act aas primary contact for product/logistic related inquiries internally/externally. Claim data input in the system. - Data maintenance
Update customer/product/logistic related data in the system/documents. - Coopoeration with Supply coordinator, Sales manager and QA.
- 1-3 Years Customer Service or equivalent business experience, especially in export area.
- MS office, basic understanding of SAP, CRM and other relevant tools.
- Expands knowledge of current functionality.
- Communicates clearly and articulately when speaking in an individual or group environment.
- Organizes throughs with ability to present information in a clear and precise manner.
- Recognizes problems and seeks input from others to systematically gather. Information. Makes routine decisions.
- Escalates/ hands of issues, which cannot be handled independently.
- Acts as a team member to support all CS/ Supply Chain goals with support from more experienced CS/ Supply Chain personnel.
- Actively contributes in team meetings and activities.
- Fluent Japanese and simple daily communication skills in English.
- Experience and knowledge in daily order arrangement, either in export or import preferable.
- Learning basi knowledge in product, inventory, customers, logistic arrangement process, and local/global trading regulations.
- Motivation and responsibility for above all tasks.
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university/college
