Pay Range for this position is: $75,000-$90,000 plus annual bonus, depending on experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the VP of Logistics NA, this role will be responsible for leading logistics financial reporting and insights throughout Lassonde's business in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, the desired candidate will seek to support leadership through analyzing daily operations, providing reporting and implementing various improvement projects to improve cost and service to our clients.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Financial reporting and insights to support business period-end and budgetary activities
- Create analyses and reporting for KPI's and operational performance to enhance decision-making
- Identify improvement opportunities and support change implementation
- Apply best practices to standardize current processes, design new processes, and implement
- Coordinate projects, publish progress reports, maintain action plans, and create SOP's
- Develop internal relationships with stakeholders, be a conduit between logistics and FP&A group
- Enhance relationship with 3PL vendor (E2Open), partner with their analysts to ensure needs are met
- Support daily operations by reviewing TMS activity and reporting, looking for errors and gaps to correct

- Occasional travel to Canadian Headquarters and U.S. local factories.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required Qualifications
- DEC in Finance/Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or other relevant programs
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing company in a similar role
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite software

- Logistics experience/understanding is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a typical office setting; driving a motor vehicle and occasionally working in the field.
FREQUENT: sitting, upward and downward flexion of neck; fine finger dexterity and light to moderate finger pressure to include extended periods of keyboard and mouse use, side-to-side turning of neck, walking, standing, bending and stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting at waist, moderate wrist torque to twist equipment knobs and dials.
OCCASIONAL: squatting, kneeling, reach above and at shoulder height, moderate grasp to manipulate reference books and manuals; lifting objects weighing 20 – 35 lbs. from below waist to above shoulders and transporting distances up to 50 feet.
VISION: Ability to see in the normal visual range with or without correction.
HEARING: Ability to hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
