The Leonardo DRS Naval Electronics business provides leading naval computing infrastructure, network and data distribution and middleware enterprise services, as well as world-class manufacturing and support capabilities.

Job Summary

This temporary position has an expected duration of 90 days and will be based out of our Naval Electronics' Computing and Networks Center of Excellence, located in Johnstown, PA (routine onsite requirements apply).

 

As a Compliance Coordinator, you will prepare letters, reports, and other materials; file documents with appropriate entities in accordance with legal requirements, act as an information source on organization policies and procedures, assist in supporting the administration of contracts, and administer aspects of DoD programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures (non - IT related).

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of routine activities in support of the Contracts/Compliance functional area for the Naval Electronics Business Unit
  • Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources
  • Compile, review and analyze data
  • Use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
  • Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with 2+ years relatable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong time management skills
    • Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly and as needed
    • Ability to recognize the importance of meeting crucial deadlines
      • Responsible and disciplined to work within those deadlines
  • The ability to listen to others and to work well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of office procedures and good writing and verbal skills
    • Microsoft Office
