DRS RADA is a global pioneer in radar systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for our Manufacturing Plant in Beit Shean.
In this role you will lead HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, foster a high-performance organizational culture, and support talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
The role requires a proactive, solution-oriented HR professional with a deep understanding of HR practices and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leading HR Partnership
- Collaborate closely with managers to align HR work plans with business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
- Support the implementation of change management processes to promote innovation and organizational agility.
Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Build strong relationships with employees and managers across the plant, with a strong hands-on presence on the shop floor.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Talent Acquisition and Development
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and hire top talent for the organization.
- Develop and implement onboarding, training, and career development programs to retain and grow talent within the organization.
Performance Management
- Guide managers in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and annual performance reviews.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and development to managers to enhance their leadership effectiveness and team performance.
HR Metrics and Reporting
- Monitor key HR metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, and diversity, with the goal of identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement.
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with progressive professional growth.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field – required. Master's degree – an advantage.
