Job SummaryJoin our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Manufacturing Engineer supporting production of power control and power conversion systems and subsystems for the US Navy and our allies.
What You Will Do- Apply basic engineering principles to perform routine design, fabrication, modification and/or evaluation in support of manufacturing operations
- May prepare plans, conduct support studies, provide analysis or tests in the development of manufacturing operations with the guidance of a senior-level Engineer
- Work cross-funtionally to ensure quality design and manufacturing processes
- Follow standard practices/procedures in analyzing situations or data
- Involved in the development of manufacturing process plans, test requirements, and manufacturing flow, and capacity plans
- Review detail designs for manufacturability and producibility
- Bachelors degree in an applicable engineering field + internship or entry level experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: manufacturing, production, industrial, welding, tooling, testing, processing, software, and robotics
- An energetic, self-starter willing to take on various projects and bring them to completion
- Comfortable working alone and with a team
