Job SummaryThe Program Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated program schedules, plans, and budgets in support of contractual requirements. This role partners with program leadership, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, identify schedule risks, and support effective program execution across complex initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets to support contractual requirements for large programs or multiple components of complex programs.
- Establish and manage detailed program plans, including conducting in-depth research to define requirements, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs.
- Interface with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate program deliverables, budgets, schedules, and priorities.
- Create and enhance methods for tracking, analyzing, and reporting program status, progress, and performance metrics.
- Identify schedule risks, issues, and changes; provide recommendations to management to support timely decision-making and program execution.
- Support proposal development and other business-development efforts, as needed.
- May provide work direction or leadership support to lower-level team members.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline and at least five years of directly related experience; an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
- Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications may be required based on area of expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex program schedules, plans, and reporting processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
U.S. Citizenship required.
The salary range for this position is $79,919-$114,285/year. This range reflects the good faith estimate of pay the employer is willing to offer at the time of posting. Several factors can influence the pay scale, including but not limited to: Federal contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic location, business considerations, scope, and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity. Other factors include the candidate's qualifications such as prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for: annual performance-based bonuses, equity awards, and overtime pay (for non-exempt employees as applicable.
