Description
We are looking for an excellent APP with ED experience to work in our Emergency Department.
Full time or part time availability.
Level 2 Trauma and regional Stroke Center, with census of 30,000.

We have very low physician and APP turnover. There is excellent longevity and job happiness.
Work side by side ED Board Certified Physicians (Mary's Peak Emergency Physicians), with good acuity mix. Very flexible scheduling. Schedule done by the PAs.
Located in Corvallis, Oregon, a wonderful and livable college town, considered one of the "safest, smartest, greenest" small cities in the USA. We are in the beautiful Willamette Valley, with outdoor activities of all kinds.
1 Hour from Portland, OR
1 Hour from the Pacific Ocean
1.5 Hour from skiing
Full-time considered to be 120hrs/month (10-12 shifts)
Patients per hour: approximately 1.75
Shifts are 10am-10pm and 2pm-12 midnight
Total compensation package approximately $110/hr
Additional productivity bonus up to 9% extra (based on # of patients, not RVU)
CME/equipment stipend $800/year
$525/month towards group health insurance plan (tax-free), more for family plan
Self-funded tax free medical flex account plan up to $2500/year to cover medical expenses
PTO accrued at 1hr/25hrs worked
401k with 3-5% funding by Physician group
Disability and workman's comp included
