About the Role

Insights and Enablement team strives to drive smarter decisions and operational excellence for Data & Services, by leveraging data and technology. I&E has established a Quality and Revenue assurance program to build better process efficiency in Sales processes within Data and Services.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you are expected to:
- Develop a strong understanding of our business environment
- Understand Sales lifecycle processes and tools / systems that support them
- Understand internal policies and compliance requirements; and implement quality / revenue assurance program with on-going checks on sales processes
- Identify opportunities to centralize and / or automate sales operations tasks
- Drive continuous improvements with process and system enhancements to minimize risks and improve process efficiency
- Identify new ideas to expand Deal Desk scope of work

All about you

An ideal candidate would have:
- 2-4 years of experience, with an undergraduate or master's degree
- Experience in conducting process reviews and building process controls
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency to perform in a fast paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong MS excel skills
- Exposure in any of these areas is preferred though not essential – B2B Sales processes, Salesforce and Tableau.
