Consultant, Services Business Development OverviewMastercard Services encompasses Mastercard's (NYSE: MA) offerings beyond the transaction. We provide customers across industries and geographies with a tailored portfolio of solutions to address their business pain points.

The Services Business Leader (SBL) will directly support sales initiatives and provide operational and sales enablement to the Services BD Team, reporting directly to the Global Services BD leader. We are seeking a talented & motivated individual to join a high-pressure sales environment and proactively identify ways to help our team scale Services revenue. In addition to sales enablement, this job requires direct pitching, selling, pricing, slideware & overall pipeline management; the intent is to evolve into a best-in-class consultative seller. The client is Mastercard's most strategic client, and our largest Services book globally; a fantastic challenge and opportunity for a driven, capable early-riser.
Role:
- Partner closely across SBL team, the Account Team and support functions to drive Services revenue
- Provide operational and sales support including revenue tracking and reporting, client events planning & invites, recurring and adhoc leadership update materials, etc.
- With oversight, directly support sales opportunities, including discovering and pursuing new prospects, developing and delivering compelling pitches, pricing & negotiating deals and maintaining constant customer satisfaction.

All About You:
• Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree preferred
• Experience in sales, partnership or other client-facing engagement
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to frame opportunities from a customer's perspective
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills along with solid project management excellence
• Proven track record in cross-functional / collaborative environment
• Practical, yet creative and innovative
Salary Range:
