As an Associate Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering cybersecurity advisory and implementation projects across diverse industries. You will lead workstreams, manage client relationships, and guide junior team members while contributing to Mastercard's Strategy & Transformation practice. This role combines hands-on cybersecurity expertise with strong consulting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery: Lead workstreams within cybersecurity engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and actionable recommendations.
Project Management: Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and maintain strong client relationships.
Problem Solving: Structure analyses to address complex client challenges and synthesize findings into clear recommendations.
Commercial Support: Identify opportunities for cross-selling Data & Services capabilities and assist with sales and contracting activities.
Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to practice development and Mastercard's knowledge management initiatives.

Qualifications
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology or Cybersecurity.
-4+ years of Consulting experience in technology field and more specifically in cyber security
-Knowledge of security standards (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, NIST, CIS, CSA) and regulatory frameworks in Europe.
-Hands-on experience in risk assessments, audits, and remediation planning.
-Familiarity with security technologies and processes (cloud security, IAM, SIEM, vulnerability management, etc.).
-Preferred certifications: ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, CCSK, CISA, CISM.
-Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
