Title and Summary

Director, Product Operations Overview 
The Open API team is responsible for developing and managing innovative API-based products that open up Mastercard's real-time card network data and adhere to Mastercard's Data & Tech Responsibility Principles. Hosted on the Mastercard Developers portal, these API services enable new use cases and solutions that create value for our cardholders and business partners. 
The Open API team is looking for a Director - Product Operations, Open API responsible for optimizing and streamlining the customer onboarding and support processes for the Transaction Notifications API.

The ideal candidate is passionate about product operations, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, drives collaboration across multiple teams, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. 

Role 
As a Director-Product Operations, Open API, you will: 
* Define and build scalable operating models as it applies to the evolution of new and existing products 
* Drive tangible data-driven Product performance outcomes at the Product level, manage to a quantified scorecard, continuously monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and optimizing product performance 
* Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure that Product performance metrics are incorporated into all Product development enhancements 
* Partner with GCC, CTS and Biz Ops to monitor Product performance dashboards and drive ongoing Product enhancements focused on Product availability, scalability, resilience & redundancy and responsiveness 
* Engage in scheduled Voice of the Customer engagement with the Regions, Customers and End Users to identify friction points, owning the action plan and roadmap to address them 
 
All About You 
The ideal candidate for this position offers: 
* Experience in managing projects across cross-functional teams and geographies 
* Knowledge of APIs and payment technology 
* Ability to successfully manage multiple responsibilities 
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills involving internal and external customers. 
* Coordination and organization skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and vendors across locations to ensure success of the product. 
* Critical thinking and analytical ability
