Title and Summary

Director, Project Management Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is the world's largest loyalty company, a service division within Mastercard that provides reward programs, offers, and benefits to both financial institutions and merchants. We manage over 600 million accounts on our loyalty systems, serving over 2,000 global clients. We offer an end-to-end outsourced service and are at the forefront of next-generation loyalty solutions, including Merchant Offers, Pay with Points, Promotions, and more. Our global team consists of 900 loyalty specialists working across the world, leading the integration of loyalty with payments.

Loyalty is focused on driving revenue through our proprietary platforms and partnership network. We are on a transformational journey, with ambitious goals and currently seeking a Director of Project Management, Global Loyalty to join our organization and be accountable for number of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and delivering on key objectives

Responsibilities
• Leads assigned projects to ensure contractual objectives, delivery on-time and strategic goals are met
• Ensures delivery of strategies that have been created for key projects that integrate multiple MasterCard products and services into a single, coordinated effort
• Contributes to enhancements to product Best Practices methodology
• Leads a cross functional collaboration to ensure delivery is met on time, and progress is made with strong momentum.
• Manages communication with key stakeholders with regular status updates on progress across key areas
• Analyses and validates market readiness and implement ability of MasterCard's key products and services
• Acts as central point of contact for customers and/or MasterCard customer representatives
• Ensures customer satisfaction is measured through regular implementation administration of post-implementation and in-progress reviews
• Develops qualitative and quantitative implementation benchmarks for all product areas supported to maximize staff effectiveness

Experience
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum 8+ years of experience in project management
• Demonstrated ability to act with a persistent and relentless sense of urgency
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate to many audiences, from technical resources to client marketing leads
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving
• Bachelor's degree required
• Competency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PPT

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
