Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, leading cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in software development, architecture, and delivery of B2B products.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, and Angular/UI frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud-native development, e.g., pivotal cloud foundry.
• Previous experience with tools like Jenkins, Confluence, JIRA, Rally.
• Track record of successful talent development and mentoring.
• Ability to shape technical direction and drive innovation within a dynamic environment.
