The Mastercard Intern Program is a comprehensive program where students will gain hands on real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company. As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills as well as contribute to the department's goals and objectives.

This role supports the Marketing Team in Jakarta and will involve a broad range of marketing activities:
• Support the planning and execution of B2C and B2B marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and on-ground activities.
• Assist in creating localized content such as social media posts, campaign assets, content creators
• Conduct market research on consumer behaviour, business trends, and competitor activities within Indonesia.
• Manage and update social media calendars; monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly reports.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign requirements.
• Assist in the organization of events, webinars, and partner marketing activities.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the SEA Marketing team
Program Qualifications
• Evidence of strong academics
• Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk taking
• Ability to partner across the organization
• Sound communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program with expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027
• Able to commit to an internship period from 6 July 2026 – 28 August 2026 (Note: designated start/end dates cannot be negotiated).
• Indonesian citizen or possess relevant full working rights to work and do not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
