Overview
The Internal Systems & Automation Technology team is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to drive our employee experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the employee experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
In this role, you will:
• Support the management of SaaS applications, including SSO, integrations, and engineering activities.
• Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, well governed solutions.
• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on IT Asset Management (Software and Hardware Asset Management) and ITOM.
• Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and catalog items to support the full asset lifecycle and enterprise wide software license requests.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using Integration Hub Spokes and REST APIs.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, while maintaining platform stability, performance, and upgrade readiness.


All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• Advanced experience with API integrations (REST), including scripting with JavaScript, HTML, Python and PowerShell.
• Strong experience in technology governance, SaaS portfolio management, or enterprise platform ownership.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams, demonstrating both technical depth and business fluency.
• Hands on expertise in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Deep experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM), including Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Strong working knowledge of SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Active Directory, Azure / Entra, and SSO concepts and integrations, with a clear understanding of how these systems interoperate.
• Nice to have exposure to ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and other ServiceNow modules.
