Title and Summary

Lead Technology Risk Analyst Overview
• Conduct in-depth assessments of IT risks across applications, infrastructure, and cloud/SaaS environments.
* Design, review, and implement security controls, policies, and procedures to enhance security posture.
* Ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL) and regulatory requirements.
* Define Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and management regarding potential exposure.
* Support internal/external technology audits and assist with third-party risk management.
• Establishes and manages implementation plan and actions through closure.
• Regularly communicates status to senior management and dependent work streams

Role
• Leads complex initiatives and projects
• Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes
• Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules, ensuring methodology compliance
• Manage complex resolutions, and help develop solutions to complex problems
• Regularly communicate to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables, and interact with client to set and manage expectations
• A successful candidate will transition into a release deployment manager role

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri: $109,000 - $180,000 USD
