Title and Summary

Manager, BDR Enablement & Excellence, Mastercard Services (Global) Services is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

The Services B2B Business Development (BDR) team is a global outbound team focused on driving new business pipeline across Mastercard's Services portfolio. This role is the first dedicated BDR Enablement & Excellence hire for the team. It is a high impact individual contributor position, reporting directly to the Global BDR team lead, with a mandate to build scalable enablement, onboarding, tooling, and performance frameworks that help BDRs ramp faster and perform more consistently across regions.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the BDR enablement function for a global BDR team across Mastercard Services
• Design and continuously improve a structured, repeatable onboarding program to accelerate BDR ramp-up
• Develop and deliver ongoing enablement and training on outreach strategy, messaging, prospecting best practices, and tooling
• Drive best practice adoption of core tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Salesforce
• Analyze outreach and performance data to identify what works, what doesn't, and what can be scaled
• Build and maintain clear documentation, playbooks, and training materials for global use
• Capture best practices from high-performing BDRs and turn them into standardized, repeatable approaches
• Partner closely with Marketing teams (Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Campaigns) to improve BDR<>Marketing collaboration and content usage
• Improve visibility into performance through reporting, insights, and dashboards
• Act as a trusted enablement partner to BDRs and BDR leadership, supporting a globally distributed team

All About You

• Hands-on experience in a BDR/SDR, or outbound sales role, with direct exposure to new business prospecting
• Strong understanding of what makes outbound outreach effective, especially in complex or enterprise environments
• Credibility to work with and influence BDRs based on having done the role yourself
• Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Comfort working with performance data, metrics, and reporting to inform decisions
• Demonstrated interest in enablement, coaching, process improvement, or scaling best practices
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity
• Collaborative mindset, with experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue/Sales/Marketing Operations functions
• Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization and influencing without direct authority
