The Global Partnerships and Segments Travel team focuses on building strategic partnerships with key travel industry players to shape the future of travel payments.
The Global Partnerships and Segments Travel team is looking for a Manger, Account Management B2B Travel to assure continued growth and strengthening of Mastercard's leadership position in the B2B travel industry. The ideal candidate combines strong account management and business development skills with a passion to interact with customers, is highly motivated, intellectually curious, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
The Manager Account Management B2B Travel is responsible to deliver GDV & Net Revenue KPIs against the customers that are allocated to their portfolio.
Working in direct collaboration with reginal teams, the successful candidate will:
• Manage the assigned Issuer accounts, track their performance, and support these Issuers in growing their B2B Travel business.
• Identify new opportunities and assess the opportunity pipeline for B2B Travel issuers across regions.
• Lead and coordinate, deal preparation, negotiation and contracting in collaboration with Finance, Legal and relevant teams to be involved.
• Build strong expertise and insights in the B2B Travel market through an ongoing market assessment and partner engagement.
• Follow up trends and assess needs of our Issuers in the travel space with special focus on B2B payments in collaboration with our Distribution Channel, Travel Merchant and Program Management colleagues.
All About You
• Experience in Business Development, preferably in B2B travel payments industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong collaborator, ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a highly cross-functional and international environment.
• Self motivator / self starter and result oriented.
• Strong planning, organizational, prioritization skills and demonstrated track record in delivering results.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
