Title and Summary

Manager, Go-To-Market Strategy Execution The Opportunity

This role will be working in Avanti, which is a multi‑year transformation of Mastercard's global network and switching capabilities. The Go-To-Market (GTM) Avanti Execution team ensures markets are prepared for migration, requirements are clearly defined, and activation plans are executed with consistency and discipline.

We are seeking a Manager, GTM Avanti Execution, based in Bogotá, to support the rollout of Avanti across key markets globally. This is an excellent fit for an early‑career professional who excels in structured analysis, project coordination, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will help prepare markets for migration by working closely with Product, Technology, Regional teams, Legal, Finance, and the Avanti Command Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Readiness Support:
- Support competitive, regulatory, and ecosystem assessments using standardized global templates.
- Assist in mapping current capabilities to the new Transaction Stream (TS) platform.
- Help prepare market readiness scorecards, risks, and Go/No‑Go inputs.
- Organize insights on customer readiness and local requirements.
Market Requirements & Activation:
- Capture functional and non‑functional requirements to support market activation.
- Maintain requirement logs, updates, and version control.
- Support creation of activation plans, milestones, dependency trackers, and rollout calendars.
- Prepare materials for governance forums, steering meetings, and working groups.
Monetization & Commercial Support:
- Assist with preparation of inputs for pricing, value narratives, and commercial constructs.
- Organize customer‑facing documents including requirement packs, opportunity summaries, and briefing materials.
- Support tracking and reporting of commercialization readiness activities.
Program & Project Coordination:
- Maintain RAID logs, issue trackers, timelines, and consolidated dashboards.
- Coordinate follow‑ups across cross‑functional partners to ensure action items progress.
- Prepare weekly updates, monthly governance materials, and executive summaries.
- Keep documentation organized, accurate, and aligned to GTM standards.
Documentation & Communication:
- Create clear, well‑structured presentations and summaries that support decision‑making.
- Ensure alignment with global GTM frameworks, templates, and quality standards.

About You:
- Experience in product, strategy, consulting, project management, or related functions.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge in payments, networks, or technology transformation.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to structure information, synthesize insights, and manage multiple inputs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to prepare clear, concise materials.
- Comfortable coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Availability to be in the office 3 times per week.
