Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management The Digital Product Specialist team's mission is to bring more secure payments solutions, with optimal user experience, to consumers by scaling our Digital Payments products across the payments ecosystem in the North America. We are excited about our vision to 100% tokenization and Product Specialist team plays a key role in bringing this vision to life. Our team is a dynamic group, passionate about all things digital, responsible for educating customers on our products and determining how our products can help customers meet their digital objectives. We work closely with Customers, Customer Account Managers (CAMs), Technical Account Management (TAMs), Regional and Global Product and Customer Delivery teams to move to through digital strategy and toward implementation. We are responsible for bringing Voice of Customer feedback into our product organization and executives, to inform our product design and Go To Market strategy.

Manager Product Specialist (Strategy and Operations) Role:

• Drive tangible data-driven Product performance outcomes across key Product metrics, manage to a quantified scorecard, continuously monitoring and analysing key performance indicators and optimizing product performance
• Support the team on the delivery and reporting against key Product Experience metrics with a focus on optimization, usage and revenues and be responsible for assisting in the creation of materials for internal and external business reviews.
• Act as a subject matter expert for performance metrics, ensuring that they are incorporated into all product development enhancements and management reporting.
• Embody a user-centric culture of data driven, insights. Participate with cross functional teams such as finance, delivery and servicing teams to ensure internal and external stakeholders are informed and that we are driving customer success through data and insights.
• Partner with GCC, CTS and Biz Ops to build and monitor Product performance dashboards and drive ongoing Product enhancements focused on Product availability, scalability, resilience & redundancy and responsiveness
• Participate in scheduled Voice of the Customer engagement with the Regions, Customers and End Users to identify friction points, creating action plans and ensuring actions are added to the roadmap to address them
• Drive institutionalized knowledge through the use of consistent product documentation (e.g., support documents) across the Studio framework
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills and experiences
• Lead by example with hands-on approaches to demonstrate product management excellence and share best practices
• Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviours through their behaviour (e.g. customer and stakeholder interactions)

- Experience in relationship management and working directly with external customers.

- Highly effective communication skills, excellent presentation skills and strong executive presence.

- Perseverant and curious, with a desire and ability to remove blockers in order to achieve a common goal.
- Payments experience, and knowledge of how digital payments products are integrated between ecosystem partners, with a track record of successful solution development with partners.

- Passionate and knowledgeable about technology, innovation, payments and digital commerce.

- Experience developing segment or partner-specific strategy

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
