Title and Summary

Manager, Product Owner The SRC Merchant Onboarding and Registration Product Owner is responsible for defining and delivering features to build out and enhance Merchant/PSP Onboarding capabilities for Secure Remote Commerce (SRC). Primary focus will be on delivering self-service onboarding-related interfaces (Applications and APIs) and frictionless user-experience for Merchants, Payment Service Providers, and internal related stakeholders.

Job overview

• Collaborates with Product Managers to understand product requirements and define the ‘what' during product development.

• Is a passionate advocate of the product vision and act as the voice of the customer throughout the development cycle.

• Partners with the Architectural and Engineering teams to help define and elaborate epics and user stories.

• Defines and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly assessing KPI data to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.

• Analyses KPI and performance trends, identifying areas for improvement, including planning and execution of necessary changes.

• Conducts monthly analysis of new and existing onboarded data, including insights reporting and recommendations.

• Tracks and coordinates test data requests, ensuring that incoming requirements are robustly presented, understood, and successfully executed.

• Owns incoming customer issues, triages, assigns and follows up to successful resolution.

• Coordinates and maintains platform-level reference materials ensuring a high-quality information is available across internal teams.

• Performs user-level end-to-end platform testing, including documentation assessment for customer facing software releases.

• Owns the platform software release decision, considering such factors as readiness, quality, and potential risks.

Knowledge / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of payments industry and/or financial services experience.

• Expertise in innovative portal and API-driven services.

• Strong technical competence in e-commerce or related payments technology.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools highly desirable.

• Strong communication skills, able to articulate clear written feature definitions, acceptance criteria and able to make compelling presentations.
