Overview
The Global Business Solutions Center is seeking a Project Manager to lead project management for Global B2B Marketing Operations and Lead Generation. This role requires expertise in project planning, inbound request management, stakeholder communication and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role will involve working with multiple stakeholders in a service delivery model with key metrics and SLAs.

Role
In this position, you will:
• Manage end-to-end projects intake, briefing, assignment, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets to support campaign execution
• Manage a team of analysts, senior analytics and project managers while also managing individual projects, plan capacity and plan campaign operations
• Apply a structured approach to assess team's bandwidth and assign projects based on capacity rather than a round-robin method
• Own and optimise Monday.com for marketing operations project management, implementing enhancements to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Support capacity planning by identifying resource gaps and preparing business cases for additional resourcing as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set realistic expectations for asset production and delivery timelines, informed by a clear assessment of team capacity
• Facilitate stakeholder feedback loops and incorporate insights to drive continuous improvement in marketing operations processes
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) through prompt responses and rigorous quality assurance checks
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics, highlighting opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiency

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
• 7+ years of experience in project management.
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills for capacity planning, data validation, and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a stakeholder-centric approach.
• Proven ability to negotiate and navigate through complex stakeholder dynamics to achieve project objectives.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and manage distributed teams effectively.
