The Role

The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CAE) team delivers scalable, data driven loyalty and engagement solutions that drive value for cardholders, issuers & merchants. As part of this mission, Mastercard Offers Network is a priority solution driving incremental spend, engagement, and customer loyalty across markets.

This role is responsible for enabling country teams across AP to successfully execute Mastercard's Offers Network product strategy and go to market plans. You will act as the bridge between global product, regional product, and local market teams to ensure solutions are market ready, commercially compelling, and consistently delivered across markets.

The Product Manager will focus on regional commercialization, country enablement, customer engagement support, performance analysis, delivery excellence and continuous refinement of strategy based on market insights.

The position will report to Regional Offers Director and will work closely with Regional and Global Product teams, as well as Sales, Solution Engineering, Product Delivery and Support Services teams like Legal, Finance, Customer Services etc.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Regional Commercialization & Country Enablement
• Support AP country teams to execute the Mastercard Offers Network strategy, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and revenue objectives.
• Develop and maintain GTM toolkits, sales materials, pricing guidance, and best practice playbooks.
• Partner with country teams during client engagements, supporting opportunity shaping, and solution development.
• Work closely with Delivery team, Solution Engineers & Project Manager to ensure smooth & timely implementation

Translate Product Strategy into Actionable Market Plans
• Localize global product strategy and ensure readiness for AP markets.
• Identify country specific needs, regulatory considerations, and customer requirements to inform regional strategy
• Support the development of business cases and revenue models to drive market adoption.
Cross Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with global product, engineering, solution engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth product implementation
• Provide structured market feedback to influence roadmap priorities and platform enhancements.
• Ensure consistent customer experience and delivery quality across markets.
Offers Activation & Performance Management
• Support countries with merchant and issuer onboarding for both domestic and cross border offers programs.
• Analyse program performance, customer adoption, revenue realization, and market level KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Consolidate learnings and build reusable success stories to accelerate regional scaling.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights
• Maintain understanding of competitive offerings, market trends, and emerging opportunities in loyalty, data driven marketing, and merchant funded offers.
• Equip country teams with insights to strengthen positioning and go to market effectiveness.

All About You

• Experience in product management, product commercialization, or product marketing—ideally within payments, loyalty, digital platforms, or customer engagement solutions.
• Experience with card linked offers, personalization, or cross border engagement programs is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate product strategy into practical, market ready execution plans.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills; comfortable engaging with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders with high levels of ownership and accountability
