All About You:
As a Software Engineering Manager specializing in Java projects, you'll lead a team of developers to design, build, and deliver scalable Java-based applications. Your role blends technical leadership with project management, ensuring high-quality software solutions that meet business goals
• 10 -15 Years of experience with software industry.
• A record of successful delivery of large software applications as a Project Manager.
• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers through the full software development lifecycle
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Java-based projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
• Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Passion for mentoring and growing engineering talent
Identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholder
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
