Overview:
Mastercard's Global Talent Acquisition team is responsible for developing sourcing strategies to identify and attract the most competitive talent to ensure Mastercard's continued success in payments innovation. Reporting into the Vice President, Services - Global Talent Acquisition, the Manager, Talent Acquisition is an individual contributor senior level recruiter position and will manage senior business relationships and full life cycle recruitment efforts for requisitions across AI & Data, Foundry, Mastercard Economics Institute (MEI), Services Strategy.
Role:
•Develop a dynamic portfolio sourcing approach and manage requisitions for key roles across several of Mastercard's teams.
• Build partnerships with local and regional leadership to identify important talent needs and develop creative strategies to attract and assess talent.
• Manage, evaluate and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse talent. Develop talent pipelines for critical & recurring roles as well as provide market intelligence.
• Recommend and execute effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent and highlight Mastercard as an employer of choice.
• Oversee external recruitment, internal mobility, and employee referral programs to satisfy Mastercard's hiring needs for assigned client groups. • Own relationships with hiring leaders across North America; be their primary point of contact and ensure seamless delivery of hiring goals. Also be strategic point of contact for EC Direct heads of the portfolios in scope
• Experience in supporting AI & Data or similar innovation-oriented organizations
• Proficiency w/ Excel / PowerPoint, etc. and executive report outs

All About You:
• Successful track record and extensive experience in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, as well as recruiting principles, theories and concepts.
• Prior experience recruiting all levels of talent as a corporate in-house recruiter or in an RPO model is required.
• Existing network of technical talent required.
• Must be ethical, have high integrity, and be passionate about attracting top talent.
• High standards, continuously raising the bar, delivering with a sense of urgency; operating with a strong customer relationship and satisfaction approach.
• A demonstrated track record as an effective networker and closer.
• A self-starter who can act as a strong individual contributor, operating effectively in a matrixed organization. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
