Mastercard Developers is the one front door for Mastercard's partners to access a diverse range of payment, data, loyalty, and security APIs. The team is responsible for delivering an experience that ensures developers can quickly find the right API, assess its technical capabilities, and integrate it into new and innovative solutions.

Role

We are looking for an experienced product manager to join our team and help us build towards the future. Our Product Managers (PMs) conceptualize, rationalize, and drive the rollout of new capabilities across multiple teams. In this role, you will contribute to the commercialization of our developer platform. You will work with our internal and external customers to bring new features and functionality to life and contribute to the platform strategy, design choices, prioritization, and roadmap.

Major Responsibilities:

Ability to work with varied set of stakeholders to understand business needs and build prioritized platform requirements

For key business units and API products, define the customer journeys, onboarding flows, KPIs, and operational rhythms to identify and execute on an improved onboarding and customer experience.

Document and consolidate new features and capabilities required to achieve improved onboarding and customer experience for the API products you are working with.

Prepare for new feature launches and monitor performances, inclusive of

Communications,

Documentation,

Driving training sessions,

Feature Adoption,

Tracking success metrics along with operational health

Own our market research, aggregating common themes and trends to the broader team

All About You

Direct product management experience, including roadmap building, prioritization, and go-to-market planning

Experience working with data and developing preliminary product enhancement recommendations, using SQL is a plus

Advanced skills in analysis, requirement gathering, documentation writing

Strong understanding of developer ecosystems, APIs, and modern software development practices.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to function independently with competing demands.

Self-starter and willing to take on challenging opportunities

Has demonstrated consistent success working with partners across other functions in support of a product's go-to market strategies

Strong track record of contribution to identification of innovative product features by drawing insights from competitor market data

Working knowledge of API JAMstack and Adobe Analytics
