Title and Summary
Reliability Engineer II Overview:• Review daily changes, prepare the CAB report and discuss the changes in the CAB meeting.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments
• Create communication and engagement strategies
• Design and deliver training and enablement programs related to change management.
• Conduct the open houses to educate the program teams on the change management process and policies.
• Identify change risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor adoption metrics and measure change effectiveness
• Support culture transformation initiatives where required
• Align change initiatives with overall business strategy and objectives
Role:
• We are seeking an experienced Change Management Professional to lead and support organizational change initiatives that drive business transformation, technology adoption, and cultural alignment.
• This role will ensure smooth transitions, high stakeholder engagement, and sustainable change outcomes across the organization.
• Regularly interact with Customers and internal partners.
• Partner with Regulator teams.
• Participate in Audits internal and external.
All About you:
• 8+ years of experience in change management or transformation roles.
• Understanding of ITIL standards.
• Experience with communication work, in support of technology and operations efforts.
• Experience in customer support roles, and a sense of urgency to respond to their need for information.
• Track record of effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking, solid decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams for the best results on internal and external communications.
