Title and Summary
Senior Accountant Overview:The financial reporting team within the Corporate Controllers group is predominately responsible for management reporting of consolidated results, technical accounting and oversight of business units and regional accounting teams. The team also assists and interacts with the Tax, Treasury, Human Resources and FP&A groups on projects that support financial processes across the organization.
Role:
• Preparation and analysis of monthly consolidated long sheets (actuals vs forecast) for senior management
• Preparation of Non-GAAP and GAAP supporting schedules in connection with the Earnings Release and 10Q/10K Filings
• Preparation of quarterly earnings release and presentation
• Preparation of income statement and expense schedules for senior management as part of quarterly earnings preparation
• Perform analytical analysis on monthly and quarterly consolidated results
• Interact with shared service center on accounting and reporting related issues
• Maintain a strong internal control environment
All About You:
• BS in Accounting required
• CPA (completed or in progress) required
• Public accounting background

• Ability to work independently and in groups to complete time-sensitive projects with internal and external deadlines
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• A team player with the ability to communicate effectively and develop solid working relationships across multiple levels and organizational boundaries is required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Hyperion/Oracle a plus.
