Title and Summary

Senior Analyst, Account Management, Global Business Platforms Overview:
Imagine rolling up your sleeves with some of the world's leading technology companies to create innovative, differentiated products and solutions that shape the future of commerce. The Global Business Platforms team within Mastercard Global Partnerships is responsible for cultivating and managing Mastercard's strategic partnerships with key SaaS and Cloud-based business service provider players across the ecosystem. Working together, we enable some of the biggest names in tech to build best-in-class solutions leveraging Mastercard technology and deliver them at scale – solving real world problems for our partners and their customers.

Role:
In this high-profile, customer-facing position you will:
• Be a key team member supporting one or more of Mastercard's global partnerships with leading tech companies.
• Support the day-to-day customer relationship including building and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage multi-faceted, complex workstreams internally and externally, identifying and leading resolutions that arise during project lifecycle to ensure that projects are completed successfully and on budget.
• Identify and communicate changing partner / segment needs and market conditions for collective strategy assessment.
• Help drive Mastercard's go-to-market strategy with partners across all Mastercard products and services
• Support co-innovation with partners to build new product propositions through close collaboration with Mastercard product development and innovation teams.
• Synthesize complex opportunities and concepts to expand our partnerships.
• Help represent your customers' and the market perspective internally at Mastercard.
• Help support all aspects of customer engagement and proposals (including crafting compelling RFP responses), deal development (including business case development) and customer negotiations in close collaboration with your management team.
• Develop and share best practices and processes and drive standard methodologies across the Global Business Platforms team.

• You enjoy engaging with internal and external stakeholders in matrixed organizations to get things done- if there's a hurdle, you know what levers to pull to work around it.
• You're a relationship builder and create trust internally and externally exhibiting sound business judgement.
• You have strong executive-level communication (verbal and written) skills.

• Exposure to the payments industry is a plus alongside interest and knowledge of the latest trends in digital payments, AI, crypto/blockchain, gaming/metaverse and open banking. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
