As a Senior Analyst in FP&A, you will be a key finance partner supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis, robust forecasting, and performance reporting. You'll collaborate across functions and geographies, helping shape the financial narrative and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze monthly results, identify key variances, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Business Partnering: Work closely with business units to understand performance drivers and support strategic initiatives with financial rigor.
- Planning & Forecasting: Lead components of the annual budget and rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Financial Modeling & KPIs: Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting packages to track key metrics and support decision-making.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, leveraging tools like Hyperion, Power BI, and Excel.
- Ad-hoc Analysis & Presentations: Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations with compelling data storytelling.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus).
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and business acumen.
- Proficient in financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment.
