The Ethoca Networking team is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to drive our employee experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

In this position, you will:

• Maintain company-wide network management and support for both LAN and WAN including but not limited to production & development environments both on-prem and in public cloud
• Advanced/Intermediate Azure public cloud and Akamai experience
• Ensure PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance for network systems and participate in 3rd party security audits
• Prepare high quality documentation
• Work efficiently in a high security environment
• Communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization and with external partners
• Participate in on-call shifts, our infrastructure runs 24/7

All About You :

• Technical and team leadership experience in a 24/7 environment
• An expert in core network skills: routing, switching, firewalls, VLANs, VPN, Load balancers, proxies, TCP/IP, etc.
• Advanced experience with network monitoring
• Datacenter support experience including racking and cabling of IT equipment
• Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent experience
