Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Recruitment Marketing OverviewThe Talent Discovery team within Global Talent Acquisition supports Mastercard's employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts by attracting and engaging with relevant talent profiles with the aim to drive the growth of Mastercard's Talent Community as well as to generate quality applications at scale. This includes designing and executing global and regional recruitment marketing campaigns, managing the talent acquisition CRM platform, and tracking and reporting key talent attraction metrics.
