The Global Customer Care CX Tech program drives operational support resolution for Mastercard's B2B & B2C customers and represents the customer internally to ensure our company provides the highest quality customer experiences. The Lean Portfolio Management competency aligns strategy and execution by applying Lean and Systems Thinking approaches to Strategy, Investment Funding, Portfolio Operations, and Governance.

All about you
• 5 to 8 years of overall career experience into Technical Program Management or a similar field
• Proficient with Kanban and/or Scrum delivery\.
• BS in engineering, computer science or related discipline.
• Technical program delivery experience including time developing and testing software.
• Demonstrated ability to deep dive to understand the platform capabilities and underlying technologies. Takes the time to learn the functionality, architecture, dependencies, and runtime properties of the systems involved with team Features.
• Understand your program's technologies and can evaluate system designs and architecture as you participate in solution discussions
• Proven track record of data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.
• Can communicate with impact, eloquence, and authenticity to executives, peers, and staff.
• Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with, and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization
• Improve program and portfolio processes that accelerate delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality
• Nurtures good working relationships with engineers, managers, and peers.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and zest for learning new technical and soft people skills. Continuously improves their skills and abilities to enable them to teach and coach diverse audiences

Responsibilities
• Connect the Portfolio to Enterprise Strategy aligning Objectives with Key Results (OKR's), based off of KPI's.
• Maintain a current and future state Portfolio Vision, periodically reviewing the Portfolio Canvas and exploring different scenarios where the portfolio could evolve to a better future state in alignment with Objectives.
• Creation and Sustainment of a purposeful and flexible Portfolio Roadmap, integrating aspects of the lower-level roadmaps into a more comprehensive view, communicating the larger to picture to enterprise and portfolio stakeholders.
• Establish Portfolio Flow by managing portfolio epics through their lifecycle.
• Coordination and Continuous Improvement of Operational and Development Value Streams, enabling cooperation among a set of solutions providing certain capabilities and benefits across the board.
• Measure Portfolio Performance by establishing the metrics needed to ensure strategy implementation and continuous improvement.
