Solutions Architect

Overview

SessionM powers many of the world's leading consumer loyalty and engagement programs with a holistic platform solution and Mastercard's loyalty industry expertise. Brands across industries depend on SessionM technology to build a loyalty marketing ecosystem that acquires and engages with customers.



The Solutions Architect will be responsible for developing loyalty solutions based on discussions with the client about their business needs. The Solutions Architect is both technically adept and customer facing, leading discovery sessions to uncover requirements and suggest best of class implementation methods. A person in this role must be well versed in writing technical documentation including but not limited to architecture diagrams, business requirement details, functional requirement details, and software integration documents.



Role

Lead requirement gathering for business stakeholders and developers through requirement gathering sessions and interviews during initial phase of an implementation

Critically evaluate client's infrastructure and be able to translate business requirements into implementation design patterns

Create detailed documentation that will be accepted by the client as validation of the business requirements and project scope. Include user flow diagrams, business & workflow analysis, and architecture diagrams

Serve as the primary conduit between internal and client technical and development teams during the discovery and design process

Identify project constraints, provide solutions to eliminate risk, and notify stakeholders around issues related to architecture

Exceptional management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.

Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and technology teams.

All About You

Experience with designing integration patterns for enterprise architecture- APIs, ETLs, Databases, and Middleware.

Expert in REST APIs and SQL

Experience with AWS Web Services, Python, and other SaaS products is preferred

Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written. You must be able to inform and lead through your designs and documents.

Able to support multiple concurrent activities and to interface with external / internal resources.

Hands-on, high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive and able to function independently under pressure

Must be a fast learner

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
