Title and Summary
Specialist, Product Management Overview:MasterCard Services enable customers to make smarter decisions and reach better outcomes with a tailored portfolio of solutions, where we:

Product Management Teams within Mastercard Services:
The Global Product management team is seeking an accomplished product management specialist to support the design, development, and evolution of some of its products. To achieve this, we:
• Develop & maintain globally relevant solutions that are scalable and serve an array of customer segments
• Translate our deep understanding of our customer's needs into products and solutions that drive significant value for them and enhance their cardholder's experience
• Balance the long-term direction of a product with the immediate needs and constraints by fully understanding the technical, competitive, and commercial contexts of the products we manage, and the complementary products also available from Mastercard
• Act as connectors to ensure the commercial and technological success of our products by working across multiple, cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales and Marketing, Technology, Data, etc.)
Role:
• Partner with senior product managers to drive product development from opportunity identification to launching solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set a customer-centric product vision; ensure consistent alignment between business priorities, development objectives and market trends which could involve:
• Design product concepts, conduct user testing and, and define/ iterate a product's roadmap
• Partner with UX designers, data engineering, developers, and technology teams (internal and external) to gather and document product requirements, technical capabilities, and customer experiences
• Oversee the development of features in the product roadmap
• Prioritize development of features as they align against product strategy
• Define product usage metrics and work with development teams to monitor
• Deepen understanding of customers' needs, motivations, and pain points
• Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
• Identify issues, risks, and dependencies to track product development
• Own and manage product documentation that expands knowledge beyond product team
• Contribute to efforts to shape product management and foster an agile, user-focused, product-led culture
About you:
• String organizational and project management skills: ability to deal with multiple and competing priorities, structure and manage work streams, and set clear expectations and deadline
• Effective verbal and written communication skills: with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (e.g. engineers, CX designers, and other PMs) to define and implement product features, updates, etc.
• Takes initiative to build relationships with own team, contributing ideas in meetings and developing relationships with key internal partners within an assigned area
• Natural problem solver: Curious, analytical, excited about product development
• Customer centric: strong focus on delivering customer value through best-in-class product development
• Eagerness to learn new business knowledge, technologies, tools or systems and make a point to offer ideas/solutions
• Bachelor's degree required: an advanced degree is advantageous
