Title and Summary

Sr. Analyst, Program Management, People and Capability Overview
An exciting role for a highly organized, execution-driven individual to support the office of the Chief People Officer. In this role you'll manage key rhythms for the People & Capability leadership team and drive communications and engagement around the people strategy priorities. Reporting to the SVP, Strategy and Risk, you'll also manage special projects in support of building team effectiveness and culture across the function.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the operating rhythms for the CPO and People Leadership Team — including meeting design, agenda setting, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning
• Prepare and manage content for leadership meetings, arranging speakers, coordinating and creating materials, and following up on meeting actions
• Partner with key stakeholders to monitor progress against People KPIs and project milestones
• Manage go-to-market calendar for P&C activities to ensure transparency across teams
• Support development of materials for Chief People Officer engagements including market visits and internal events
• Support with gathering and validating of People-related content for key reports and filings e.g. Sustainability Report, 10-K filings
• Develop clear and compelling communication for internal stakeholders to support the cascade of People priorities, ensuring alignment across teams
• Partner with Learning and Development team to identify and promote training and growth opportunities across the function

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
