Role Overview:
The Analyst, Technology Regulatory Execution (TREx), supports the Director in delivering high-quality telemetry, performance metrics, and reporting for regulatory, operational, and performance monitoring. This role is pivotal in ensuring that data-driven insights are available to support compliance, risk management, and operational excellence across the Technology function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and report on telemetry and operational performance metrics to support regulatory and business objectives.
• Create, maintain, and automate regular and ad hoc reports for regulatory, operational, and performance monitoring.
• Access and extract data from various sources, including databases and data warehouses, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions (e.g., scripts, workflows) to streamline data collection, reporting, and reduce manual, repeatable tasks.
• Utilize MS Office tools, especially Power BI and Power Automate, to visualize data and automate reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and proactively recommend and implement solutions.
• Support the Director and wider team in preparing materials for governance meetings, audits, and regulatory submissions.
Skills & Experience:
• Experience in accessing and extracting data from databases, data warehouses, and other enterprise data sources.
• Proven ability to automate processes using scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and MS Office tools (Power BI, Power Automate).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports for diverse audiences.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Passion for process efficiency and reducing manual, repeatable work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Language Requirements:
• Must be fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Dutch is considered an advantage.
