Title and Summary
Vice President, Product Portfolio Strategy OverviewMastercard powers economies and empowers people in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide. Together with our customers, we're helping build a sustainable economy where everyone can prosper.
Within Mastercard, the Business & Market Insights (B&MI) organization provides data-driven insights, analytics, and platforms that enable better decision-making for businesses and governments globally. While B&MI has experienced strong momentum, the company's 2030 growth ambitions require capabilities and revenue streams that do not yet exist today. BET is responsible for finding, shaping, and launching those opportunities.
The Business Expansion & Transformation (BET) team was created to accelerate B&MI's long-term growth ambitions by identifying and developing new businesses, products, and capabilities beyond our current portfolio. BET works across internal product lines and external ecosystems to identify transformative opportunities that can drive the next generation of growth.
BET operates as Mastercard's business-creation engine. The team scans across and beyond existing P&L silos to identify transformative opportunities, new products, platforms, and capabilities that unlock value across the Mastercard ecosystem.
The Vice President, Product Portfolio Strategy is a leader within BET, responsible for identifying, shaping, and advancing new product and business opportunities from concept through early product definition.

•Stay engaged through early build phases to ensure product intent and customer value are preserved
•Build and leverage a network across startups, venture capital, academia, and industry
•Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (including AI) and evolving business models
•Use data and AI-driven tools to enhance signal detection, pattern recognition, and insight generation
