MedStar Washington Hospital Center (MWHC) in Washington, DC is looking for a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their team. The cardiac team, in addition to routine cardiac surgical procedures, performs the following: minimally invasive mitral & aortic valve surgeries, TAVRs, Mitraclips, & Tendyne MVRs. Vascular surgeons perform several transcatheter aortic procedures, carotid endarterectomy, and transcatheter carotid revascularizations. MWHC is a busy cardiovascular program specializing in VADs, ECMOs, heart transplants, aortic surgeries, TEVARs, EVARs and TCARs. In addition, MWHC also has a busy cath lab performing over 500 transcatheter procedures annually.
