MedStar Harbor Hospital is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our 10-private bed Labor & Delivery unit, part of our Certified Baby-Friendly Women's Health Unit. We offer flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance, including straight day or night shifts, rotating weekend schedule (every third weekend), minimal on-call requirements
Unit Description
10-bed unit, part of our Certified Baby-Friendly Women's Health Unit, mothers enjoy spacious, private L&D rooms. Choose the schedule that suits you best with straight shifts, including day or evening shifts, featuring three 12-hour shifts per week and a rotating weekend schedule (every 3rd weekend) with minimal on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team

Qualifications
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
- Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).
This position has a hiring range of
USD $37.10 - USD $56.91 /Yr.
